Chris Bennett, our founding Director, brings with him an MBA and a wealth of experience spanning an impressive 38 years across respected organisations, including Atkins, Tesco, Pearson, Wickes, and Fujitsu. Chris started his professional journey as a developer and naturally evolved into a multifaceted professional with a rich history of contributing to various areas of delivery.

Having held numerous positions throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated his excellence in a wide range of responsibilities, encompassing roles such as Developer, Solution Architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and Head of Engineering. His diverse career path reflects his adaptability and unwavering commitment to delivering successful creative solutions.

With a remarkable track record of over 15 years in managing delivery, including the management of hybrid, onshore and offshore teams, Chris is not just a seasoned professional but a true leader in his field. His expertise and leadership are invaluable assets, making him an integral part of the Elevation team as we continue to strive for excellence in every project we undertake.

Meet Ross Purchase, our Senior Delivery Manager. With an extensive career spanning 17 years, Ross has honed his skills at prominent organisations such as Wickes and Pearson, where he was responsible for the management of the UK schools platforms.

Ross started his professional journey as a Systems Engineer and then consistently advanced in his career, shifting into a range of positions that highlighted his flexibility and expertise. His progression took him from the role of a Senior Level 3 Support Engineer to a Developer, and from there, he assumed positions as a Scrum Master, Technical Product Owner and ultimately a Delivery Manager.

Ross's expertise extends beyond national boundaries, as he has successfully managed both onshore and offshore mixed teams. Responsible for the delivery of multi-million-pound projects and large-scale transformation programmes, Ross has a proven track record of effective management across DevOps teams, support teams, development teams and platform management teams - he is a key asset to our team, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and excellence in all of our team's endeavours.

Himanshu Pant is a Solutions Architect with expertise in systems engineering, web development, distributed systems, and cloud computing. He has established his speciality in building full-stack solutions using serverless technologies and AWS services. Himanshu aims to deliver exceptional value to all stakeholders involved in every project he undertakes. He believes in utilising technology to make life easier and strives to develop impactful and user-friendly products and services with his technical and analytical skills. 

Throughout his career, Himanshu has worked with multiple industries across different technologies, gaining hands-on experience. He is passionate about mentoring his team, guiding cross-functional teams, and building solutions that set new industry standards. 

Outside of work, Himanshu enjoys playing Super Smash Brothers with his wife and cooking with his mother.

Tim is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years of experience in Software Delivery.  Originally specialising in EdTech he is now bringing those skills and knowledge to other domains. A keen exponent of agile delivery he has operated as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, and Development Team Manager, and has a wealth of successful team management experience across many disciplines - bringing the best out of onshore and offshore teams. With an Agile Programme Management certification in 2023, he loves a good planning spreadsheet that can show estimations, forecasted delivery schedules and financial reporting - bringing great insight to clients.

Outside of work he grows fruit and vegetables, takes to the open road with his family in his classic Mini Moke and is an enthusiastic volleyball player.

With over 30 years in the IT industry, Gary is a seasoned expert specialising in database systems, backend services development, and cloud computing (3 years in AWS). His background spans the automotive component industry as well as online assessment, educational content delivery and retail systems including Order Management, Stock control and Sales. His current day-to-day is working in the AWS cloud ecosystem to architect and implement ETL solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. In his downtime Gary enjoys getting outdoors with the family, running to keep fit and playing guitar.

An astute professional with a career spanning over 23 years, out of which over 14 years in Program Project management, managing multiple projects and Dev / offshore teams at multiple locations.

Highly experienced in Agile methodology of development using SCRUM. Good knowledge of latest web technologies, Learning Management Systems and e-learning standards. Instrumental working on the project requirement analysis, estimations, project planning & scheduling.
 
Lives and works in India, Shankaran also loves travelling & hiking whenever time permits and is a recreational runner and has participated in various half marathons across India. He loves catching up on Cricket and also never misses a Grand Slam tennis match when Novak is playing.

Don Sanjeewa is a respected professional in the technology industry, with experience of leading a major global IT consultancy company. His expertise is notably broad, covering key technological areas such as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cloud technologies.

His career trajectory has been marked by a series of influential positions in a world's leading education company. His roles there included Director, where he managed IT operations and a high-performing management team from April 2017 to December 2022. He also held the position of Senior Manager in Global DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering & Operations from March 2016 to February 2018, and Manager for Asia Pacific in DevOps/Application Engineering from July 2013 to March 2016.

Sanjeewa's earlier career saw him in a vital role as a Senior Executive System Engineer, where he developed his expertise in network and software engineering. His professional certifications further enhance his credentials in areas such as AWS cloud architecture and ITIL service management.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Sanjeewa has also contributed to the academic field as a Senior Visiting Lecturer, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with the next generation of technology professionals.

Don Sanjeewa's career reflects a profound understanding and skill set in IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and DevOps. His leadership and technical expertise have significantly influenced the technology landscape, particularly in DevOps and site reliability engineering, marking him as a notable figure in the technology sector.

Manoj has a wealth of experience in the Information technology sector. He has over 25 years of experience working for various global companies, such as, TCS, HCL, LearningMate and Datamatics. His experience spans various roles from software developer to sales to project / Delivery management in various industries such as financial services, education and manufacturing in India and in the USA. He holds an engineering degree from a renowned university in India in addition to a MBA degree from a top 20 B-school in the US. He is an avid learner and has a law degree from Mumbai University as well. He loves sports and actively plays cricket and lawn tennis. He is also a member of the Rotary club in India.
